to Lead is for professionals moving from contributing to leading, and for experienced leaders rebuilding their authority in a new context. You may have led teams abroad and want to apply that experience in a Canadian workplace.
It pairs naturally with mentorship: you learn to be mentored well, and to mentor others in turn.

Who is RenoMe to Lead for?
RenoMe to Lead is for professionals preparing to lead and experienced leaders adapting to a new workplace context. It focuses on emotional intelligence, decisions, teamwork, and mentorship readiness.
Do I need to manage a team already?
The program is designed for both emerging and experienced leaders. You can discuss your experience and goals with a RenoMe advisor to find a suitable starting point.
Where and in which languages are programs offered?
RenoMe plans in-person programming in Toronto and Hamilton, alongside online participation. Programs are primarily offered in English. Participants from all language backgrounds are welcome. Additional language support, where available, is confirmed for each cohort. Dates, locations, and delivery details are confirmed before you join.
How do I join, and when do programs start?
