About RenoMe
A professional growth community for newcomers in the GTHA.
RenoMe supports professional development for newcomers, internationally trained professionals, and professionals in transition across Toronto, Hamilton, and the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Its programs focus on workplace communication, leadership development, AI literacy, and career readiness, alongside mentorship and professional networking.
The challenge
Arriving is not the same as belonging.
Every year, skilled professionals arrive in the GTHA with degrees, experience, and ambition. They often discover that the hardest part isn't paperwork.
It's the quiet erosion of professional identity: interviews where your accent gets more attention than your answers, networks that don't exist yet, and the strange feeling of being a senior person treated like a beginner.
RenoMe complements settlement and employment support with professional development: communication practice, leadership skills, AI literacy, mentorship, and community connections. The step after settlement means building on the experience you already bring.

How we work
Planned delivery in Toronto, Hamilton, and online. Programs are primarily offered in English, with any additional language support confirmed for each cohort.

RenoMe was founded by Ayham Haj Ahmad, a newcomer professional who rebuilt a career, confidence, and community in Canada. He turned that experience into a practical, culturally responsive model for others developing their careers here.
Renovon Consulting Inc. serves as RenoMe's founding organization, incubator, and strategic development partner.
